Discussed establishing a training program to assist in the development of members, especially newer members. This is intended to help prepare them should they be deployed to provide mutual aid. Other ARES organizations that were reviewed are: Santa Clara County ARES, Sacramento County ARES, and West Gulf Division ARES (South Texas Section).
