Doug led a discussion of ideas to help generate increased interest by existing members, and asked members for feedback on ideas to attract new members. John reviewed training plans to bring new members up to standards requested by Yolo County OES. Bill Ragsdale introduced several ideas for activities that are designed to create interest and challenge skills and knowledge. Doug will talk to potential speakers for next month's meeting.
